These services typically include tax credit application appraisals, lender appraisals, limited partnership appraisals, USDA rural development appraisals, HUD Section 8 properties appraisals, HUD MAP Lender appraisals within the Pilot program, 221D4, and 223F programs. We also provide valuation of favorable financing, USDA interest credit subsidy, and tax credits where applicable.
